Korean K9 Rescue

Korean K9 Rescue needed help marketing their mission: rescuing dogs from dog meat farms in South Korea by bringing them to the United States and placing them in forever homes. They stressed the importance of not only shedding light on the atrocities suffered, but also focusing on the stories of the individual dogs and providing them with loving homes.

Frequent adoption events were perfect to launch witty and humorous promotional flyers through social media and the web site, often using KK9R "alumni" as models. I also generated an email newsletter for KK9R adopters and potential adopters which included event announcements, article teasers, and featured pups, all of which drove new and repeat traffic to the KK9R website.

The plan was so successful it nearly doubled the number of attendees and adoptions at the events and caught the eye of a blogger.
